THIS ROOM IS IT!
The kitchen at Loro’s Lookout features gourmet amenities. All new everything including large Sub-Zero brand refrigerator, drawer microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, toaster, toaster oven/air/fryer, drip coffee, French press, pot filler, cooking oil and seasonings and more.
Loro’s Lookout even has a cool nook bar for all your wine, champagne and cocktail glassware needs…(BYOB of course).
2 Full Bathrooms are within Loro’s Lookout. Both bathrooms are located on the first floor.
Bath #1 features a large tub with shower combination, heated floors and custom vessel sink.
Bath #2 is ensuite to the downstairs primary bedroom and also features heated floors and a unique shower designed with handmade Japanese INAX tiles and high end Kohler fixtures.
Inside the large pantry for storing your food or luggage is a washer and dryer that is reserved for guest use.
Primary Bedroom + Ensuite Full Bath – King Size mattress with EnSuite Master Bathroom features Heated Floors +  Classic Japanese INAX tile shower. This room is located downstairs and features it’s own smart TV, blackout curtains and your own easy to operate (and warm) fireplace.
Located up the spiral staircase, this wonderful bedroom with vaulted A-Frame ceilings offers STUNNING Mountain + Lake views. Queen size bed with floor to ceiling windows that give way to a beautiful lake and Mountain View. Two large skylights make for additional  lake mountain viewing during the day and special night sky watching (and snow falling) directly from bed.

Bedroom that is suitable for adults, but really made for kids. Extra Twin bed added for that extra guest…
NOTE: We intentionally left TVs out of all bedrooms upstairs to promote rest and relaxation.
Loro’s Lookout is adjacent to Jerry’s Hideaway (our other property) and is located in one of the most desirable areas of Big Bear Lake, directly on the deep water side of the lake looking Northwest for breathtaking water and mountain views that give way to unreal sunsets.
Hike around the lake directly from the backyard or just enjoy majestic lake and mountain views all day long… We are located on a Quiet, Cul-DeSac. Close walking distance to local free transit for easy transportation to Village, Ski Resorts, etc…
Distance to Village: 1 Mile
Distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort: 2.5 Miles
Distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort: 4.2 Miles
Our location is away from the typical traffic flows of Big Bear and only 250 feet from Big Bear Lake’s FREE Trolley that loops into the Village and both Ski Resorts.
Do You Allow Pets?
We allow well behaved pets (Dog’s Only) with an additional fee of $50/Day Per Pet. Please let us know you will be bringing a pet and we will bill you separately .
What about a Deposit?
We don’t require a deposit and are operating on the honor system, so if you break it you buy it. Simple respect system. 😉
What is the Parking Situation?
We allow a max of 3 cars. Parking is located on paved asphalt. Sorry, no parking on driveway behind the gate.
Is the Hot Tub Private?
YES! the hot tub for Loro’s Lookout is private and separate from Jerry’s Hideaway A-Frame Rental which also has its own private hot -tub.
Do I get access to the dock and water toys?
YES, We’ll give you a key so you can access the private dock. The dock is shared with our other A-Frame property located next door. You will have shared access to (1) Kayak, (2) Canoes, (2) Stand Up Paddle Boards). Water Toys are dependent on Seasonality (Typically Spring- Fall).
What About Sledding and Snow Toys?
We have sleds and saucers available to take to the local sledding hills (located within 1 mile) or you can sled right out in front of our property.
Tell me more about the Firepit?
The fire pit is amazing! It’s a communal fire pit that is shared with our the Jerry’s Hideaway A-Frame rental. The fire-pit is large enough to easily accommodate 10 people and is very warm (powered by natural gas). It’s the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy Après & Sunsets.
What About a BBQ?
Loro’s Lookout comes with its own private outdoor BBQ.
